When life looks dull

You find yourself lifeless in a mirror. 

   Seems sadness vanished from your smile.

But thoughtless sleep comforts you.

Tears roll down your cheeks without giving warning.

You try everything to get over overflowing emotions, 

You try to enjoy the wind, sun, and silence in night.

but fooling oneself is challenging,

Answer people with ready-made answers.

It seems easy to not express chaos.

 But with every fake answer you make,

 The truth pops up with a wicked laugh.

You self-loath a lot while introspecting.

And wish your overthinking to take a break.

Eventually, you find a ray of hope.

To get back again with much strength,

The connection you develop with yourself,

The confidence you gained after hard times,

The wounds you allowed to heal yourself,

Transform your soul and mind,

You become a free bird.
