When we love someone ,their little little dreams means so much to us, there is this scene in movie where SSR ( Manny) and kizei's dad talks about her dream of visiting paris. A beautiful conversation shows love and hope. Later in movie you see Manny's breakdown which is heart wrenching and kizei's dialogues like she was helpless. It hits when you find yourself unable to help your loved ones. You see the tragicness , longing for few more days of togetherness and living life more but death is the truth nobody can deny. 

John green write in his book" fault in out star " that  " that's the thing about pain , it demands to be felt , further somewhere in book he says pain does not change you, it reveals you Hazel. We often try to saves ourselves from getting hurt, find ways to escape from grief, seperation and loss but we ignore the purpose those emotions serves. Instead we should embrace pain , separation , sadness to learn deep meaning of joy, peace , love and gratitude. "Dil bechara " movie also gives the same message in the end. Last few minutes are extremely emotional ,music of this film is 2nd best thing you would enjoy, 1st is beautiful performance of leads. 

There is one dialogue in this movie says "birth and death is not in our control , what is in our control is how we live. John green also says in his book " What is the point of being alive if you don’t at least try to do something remarkable?"
